Imperial Engineering were appointed to deliver the complete electrical installation for HTI Toys’ new 2,000 m² office fit-out, creating a modern, flexible workspace across three floors.
Our scope included LV distribution, containment, underfloor busbar systems, small power, structured data cabling, lighting and emergency lighting, feature lighting, lighting controls, audiovisual infrastructure, disabled alarm systems, and power supplies for mechanical and specialist equipment. Working closely with the wider project team, we delivered a coordinated, future-proof installation that supports collaborative working, meeting spaces, breakout areas and high-quality office environments, complete with full testing, commissioning and handover documentation.

Challenge
The project demanded careful coordination between multiple trades to deliver a complex electrical installation within a fast-paced office fit-out programme.
Extensive underfloor busbar distribution, structured data cabling, feature lighting and specialist power systems all had to be integrated with the raised access floors, suspended ceilings, mechanical services and bespoke architectural finishes. Maintaining programme while accommodating ongoing design development required close collaboration between Imperial Engineering, the principal contractor and the wider project team.
Our experienced engineers managed the works from first fix through to final testing and commissioning, delivering a high-quality, fully coordinated electrical installation that provides HTI Toys with a flexible and future-ready workspace.
